This boxed kit from Riley Blake makes a 12 1/2" x 14 1/2" tabletop banner. The kit comes packed in a printed box with a magnetic closure. It contains the pattern and the fabric for the banner top, back, sleeve and binding. We recommend hanging on a wire stand.
