The quilt requires six (6) fat quarters or (6) quarter-yard cuts, and will result in a 16" x 40" table runner or door hanger. You can select from our carefully curated fat quarter bundles that will look great in Lucky Break.

Island hopping
We hope you’ll join us for the M50 Mystery #2, Island Hopping. This mystery is a virtual event happening in our Mystery Five-0 Facebook Group in October and November, with the reveal in December. A mystery clue will be emailed to registered quilters each week in November. The reveal patterns (yes, there are two choices for setting your blocks) will be emailed in December. Instructional videos for each clue and the reveal patterns will be posted in our Facebook group. Join our group and watch for details posted in the group. ”
This mystery started on November 5, 2026, but we will accept late additions. The last day to register is December 2, 2026.
Join by purchasing an Island Hopping Kit, spending a minimum of $50 in our store, or by purching a $50 in-store Island Hopping gift card or a $50 Island Hopping e-gift card.
How to register
Quilters register to participate in Island Hopping by purchasing $50 (or more) in-store or online, including fabric, notions, batting, books, patterns, gift items or M50 gift certificate for later use.
Both settings for Island Hopping differ in size (Island Hopping Vacation 68.5”x86.5” and Island Hopping Adventure 71.75”x91.75”) and feature seasonal or holiday fabrics.
Our carefully curated kits reveal ALL of the fabrics we’ve chosen for Island Hopping – no mystery here – you get EXACTLY what you see. OR, if you want to dig into your stash, we will share a video (late October) in our Facebook Group that will help guide you with your fabric choices.
While the name of the quilt is Hawaiian-themed, the design of the finished quilts are NOT. Choose fabrics that appeal to you, and you are sure to love your finished quilt.”
