Shipping policy

Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, Ground Advantage, or First Class Mail.  USPS Priority Mail usually delivers in 1 - 3 business days but is not guaranteed. Orders to non-contiguous states may take longer.

 Our goal is to process your order within 24 hours (Monday thru Friday) after receipt of your order. If we do not have a product in stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss available options. The fastest way to contact you is by telephone, so please include your phone number in your order information. Please review your order as soon as you receive it. You have 15 days to notify us of any issues or concerns with your order.

Please note that there are times we may have a question about your order.  If we are unable to reach you by telephone, we will send you an email.  Please monitor your emails and get back to us right away so that your order can ship as soon as possible. 

During peak times 24 hour shipping may not be possible.  If we do get beyond this 24 hour period we will keep you updated by emailing you an update.

If your order is urgent please let us know. 

At this time shipping rates are calculated by the price of your purchase.  If we find we can ship for a lower rate, your shipping cost may be modified and a refund issued.

International Shipping: At this time we do not have International Shipping available. If you are interested us, please email us with what you would like to order and we will get back to you with what it will cost us to ship to you.
