Ordering

By placing orders with Fabric Garden, customers agree to the below listed Terms and Conditions.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

At this time all payments on the website are processed through Shopify Payments.  We do not accept checks for web orders. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail.  USPS Priority Mail usually delivers in 1 - 3 business days but is not guaranteed. Orders to non-contiguous states may take longer.

Our goal is to process your order within 24 hours (Monday thru Friday) after receipt of your order. If we do not have a product in stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss available options. The fastest way to contact you is by telephone, so please include your phone number in your order information. Please review your order as soon as you receive it. You have 14 days to notify us of any issues or concerns with your order.

Please note that there are times we may have a question about your order.  If we are unable to reach you by telephone, we will send you an email.  Please monitor your emails and get back to us right away so that your order can ship as soon as possible. 

During peak times 24 hour shipping may not be possible.  If we do get beyond this 24 hour period we will keep you updated by emailing you an update.

If your order is urgent please let us know. 

At this time shipping rates are calculated by the price of your purchase.  If we find we can ship for a lower rate, your shipping cost will be modified and a refund issued.

International Shipping: At this time we do not have International Shipping available. If you are interested us, please email us with what you would like to order and we will get back to you with what it will cost us to ship to you.

Returns & Replacements

We want all of our customers to be satisfied.  We have a 14-day return policy.  Every effort is made to ensure you receive top quality premium goods. If you should receive a product that is defective, we will exchange the item or refund your money, at the discretion of Fabric Garden. Refunds / Exchanges will be issued once items are returned to us.  Refunds will not be given for shipping and handling charges.  Sale items may not be returned.  Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.  All returns must be in original condition and packaging. They must not be damaged physically, have a smoke odor or animal hair.  Program registration fees are non-refundable.

Block of the Month Programs

When you sign up for a block of the month program, you are agreeing to purchase all of the monthly kits for that program.  Registration fees are non-refundable. 

Block of the month programs require a credit card on file.  Your monthly kit will be charged automatically to that card on the date indicated.

It is your responsibility to call and update your credit card information when you receive a new card.

When you sign up online, we will contact you by telephone to set up your billing.

Please let us know if you want your kits mailed each month or if you will pick them up in the shop.

Privacy & Security

Fabric Garden keeps all customer information confidential.  We do not share or sell any information with any outside parties.

Information collected is used for the following purposes:

- to process transactions

- to send periodic emails.

- to improve customer service and our website.
